First Class Service
Just a courtesy e-mail to let you know that I have now moved from the New Forest to Devon. We have purchased a new home with a lovely large garden but no lawn and have therefor given away our lawnmower. To save your postage please do remove us from your mailing list.
I enjoyed first class service from you and for many years from your father. I believe the wildlife Trust still uses you for some of its requirements!.
All good wishes for the future.

Gold Star Service
Dear New Forest Garden Machinery,
Just had to write to say “Thank you SO much” for sorting out the mower problem last week.
Last weekend I used the machine to excellent effect and cutting again last night has made such a difference to the look of the whole garden.
Gold Star Service!

Please accept my sincere thanks to your staff for the help offered to me yesterday.
I have been entrusted to (with others) to help restore St. Johns churchyard in Hythe after a period of neglect. A parishioner donated a petrol strimmer to aid our work. As it was supplied by your company I contacted your office and it was answered by a very pleasant lady who after listening to my plea handed me over to another member of staff. He was very helpful but could not identify my problem and requested that I bring the bump head in.
I did as requested and met the lady who took the part in hand, and it was fixed in short time.
I thank your company for not only fixing the problem, but offering advice on fuelling as well and I am extremely grateful for this service.
Please thank the staff involved.
